Returns
We offer 30 nights trial on all our mattresses from the date of purchase. We recommend you to use the mattress for about 30 days in order to get used to it. After 30 days if you feel that the mattress is not a right fit for you, you can mail us for returning the product and processing your refund.
1) For returning, please write a mail to royalproductind@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID, invoice number and bank details.
2) The return request can be placed at any time within 30 days of purchase.
3) We will process the full refund provided the mattress is not damaged. In case of any damage or stains on cover, the cost of damage will be deducted from the refund amount.
4) We suggest you to retain the original packing of the mattress which can be used to repack the mattress while returning in order to prevent any damages to the mattress.
5) Refunds will be made to the customer bank account within 7 working days of receiving the mattress at our manufacturing unit (in Delhi).
Cancellations
After placing an order, if you wish to cancel it, you can do so within 4 hours of placing the order. Please write a mail to royalproductind@gmail.com for cancellation mentioning your order ID and your bank details. The entire amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of your cancellation request.
Upon receiving the mattress, if you want to return the mattress, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
